The challenge
Sauk County needed to build awareness and participation in its inaugural High Ground Economic Summit, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and local officials to celebrate progress, address shared challenges, and help shape a more resilient regional economy.
What I did
I secured media coverage ahead of the summit and supported communications throughout the event. I wrote the opening and closing remarks, along with roundtable summaries and key insights that brought the summit's broader economic development story together.
