H&M PR, LLC strives to provide professional, transparent, and flexible public relations and communications services. The following policy outlines how refunds, deposits, and cancellations are handled.

Payment and Refunds

H&M PR, LLC generally invoices clients for services after work has been performed. As a result, refunds are typically not applicable to completed services.

Payments for services that have already been performed are non-refundable.

If a client is charged for work that was not performed, H&M PR, LLC will review the circumstances and, when appropriate, issue a refund or credit.

Deposits and Advance Payments

H&M PR, LLC reserves the right to require a deposit or advance payment before beginning certain projects, services, speaking engagements, training sessions, or other work.

If H&M PR, LLC is unable to provide the services associated with a deposit or advance payment, the unused portion of the payment will be refunded.

If a client cancels a project or service after work has begun, any deposit or advance payment may first be applied toward work already performed and expenses already incurred. Any remaining refundable balance will be returned to the client, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

Specific deposit requirements or refund terms may also be outlined in an individual proposal, contract, or service agreement.

Cancellation and Termination of Services

Either H&M PR, LLC or the client may cancel or terminate a project or service agreement, subject to the terms of the applicable contract or agreement.

Upon cancellation or termination, the client remains responsible for payment for all services performed and any approved expenses incurred through the effective date of cancellation.

If H&M PR, LLC terminates an agreement before completing prepaid services, any advance payment or deposit attributable to services that have not been performed will be refunded, unless otherwise provided in the applicable agreement.

Individual contracts or service agreements may establish additional cancellation requirements, including notice periods, cancellation fees, non-refundable expenses, or other terms. When an individual agreement contains terms that differ from this general policy, the terms of the individual agreement will control.
